Olio Extra Vergine d´Oliva

Extra Virgin Olive Oil DOP - English Version

Extra Virgin Olive Oil, obtained from cold-squeezed (temperature inferior 30°) "Moraiolo" olives (about 90%) the rest from "Frantoiano" and "Leccino". No additives or chemical substances are used in any phase of the production, still prevailingly manual from the hoeing of the harvest until the labelling and numberation of the confections. The flight against parasites is controlled by trapes with a basis of feromone and by appropriate pruning and controlling the weeds. Accurate controls of every single plant are carried out personally by myself.
The fertilization is made with dung or with organic fertilizer... At the end we have a light and fruitty Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Medium acidity 0,1/0,3%. Used not only for salad dressings or to season but also as therapeutic remedy against constipation, cholesterol and problems of the stomach and digestive system in general. The product is available in cans of 5 litres or multiplex of 5. Or in bottles of 1 litre or 0,75 litre.

 

Sagrantino Passito DOCG

Sagrantino Passito DOCG - English Version

Sweet red dessert wine.
Red dessert wine obtained from natural withering of Sagrantino grapes, for about 60 days. The fruity grape flavour is conserved which is then transferred to wine. The grapes are soaked with their skin at a low temperature, then racked and fermented at 15°C. for about a month. At the end of Summer the wine is put into oak barrels from Slavonia; the tasting decides when it is ready followed up in bottles for 6 months.

Colour: a strong red colour with reflections from ruby red to soft garnet red;
Aroma: strong yet soft blended with a floral and rich fruity blackberry fragrance;
Flavour: sweet yet "not sweet" fullness, the right harmony between sugar and the harshness of alcohol, acidity and tannins;
Food or course: meditation wine, excellent with tasty cheese, like Gorgonzola, it is ideal with a biscuit assortment;
Serving temperature: 12° C. Available in bottles of 0,5 l.

 

Sagrantino Secco DOCG

Sagrantino Secco DOCG - English Version

Red table wine, aged, from Sagrantino grapes 100%.
The grapes are manually picked, pressed and freed from their grapestalk, soaked with their skins for 7/8 days at about 25°C. After 8 months maturing the wine is put into oak barrels from Slavonia for about one year.
Once bottled, rests for at least 6 months before consumed. Excellent wine, that gets even better if left to be rested further in their bottles.

Colour: chromatic ruby red with reflections tending towards garnet red;
Aroma: full, intense and persistent; a delicate fragrance blend of fruit including blackberry and blueberry;
Flavour: full, dry with body, excellent quality with a pleasant "woody" scent, long persistent aroma, tannic style;
Food or course: very good with grilled meat and meat on spits, with brown sauce, game;
Serving temperature: 18° C. Available in bottles of 0,75 l.

 

Rosso di Montefalco DOC


Rosso di Montefalco DOC - English Version

The grapes are manually picked and selected. The vinification is done together with the soaking at a controlled temperature of 22°C. The red wine from Montefalco rests in oak barrels from Slavonia at a constant temperature for 7/8 months and then bottled. The work is completed in bottles for 6 months.
Red table wine, aged, from Sangiovese, Cabernet and Sagrantino grapes.

Colour: maroon with darker shades in the centre of the glass;
Aroma: soft delicate raspberry, blackberry and blueberry fragrance;
Flavour: dry, with fullness, elegance and character;
Food or course: a dry red wine that accompanies first courses, roast and grilled meat, including chicken;
Serving temperature: 18° C. Available in bottles of 0,75 l.

 

Grechetto dei Colli Martani DOC

Grechetto dei Colli Martani DOC - English Version

From the Martani hills, DOC. White.
Obtained from selected Grechetto grapes. 12° Vol. Fine fragrance, delicately frutty.
The taste is dry and velvety with a lightly bitter rear-flavour, harmonic. Suitable for all courses.
Goes very well with hors-d'oeuvres, first Italian courses, white meat and fish. Amable even by people who do not drink wine.

Colour: white with fresh green reflections;
Aroma: fresh and aromatic in time with a slight rose fragrance;
Flavour: dry but not rough, fresh with character and strong;
Food or course: preferable with light hors d'oeuvre, soups, fish and white meat;
Serving temperature: 10°-12° C. Available in bottles of 0,75 l.

 

SanGiovese dell'Umbria Rosso IGT

SanGiovese dell'Umbria Rosso IGT - English Version

Wine obtained from "SANGIOVESE" grape vinification.
It is quickly refined in French oak wood barrels of 5 hl.

Fragrance: typical of Umbrian red wines.
Colours: ruby red Odour: full bodied Taste: soft, balanced tannis, harmonic.
Alcohol degree: 12% Vol.
Combination: red meat, strong flavoured cheese.
Serving temperature: 18/20° C.

 

Trebbiano dell'Umbria IGT

Trebbiano dell'Umbria IGT - English Version

Wine obtained from "TREBBIANO" grapes vinification.

Colours: straw coloured yellow.
Odour: winey, soft.
Taste: dry, fresh, fruity.
Alcohol degree: 11,5% Vol.
Combination: Pasta, soup, fish. Serving temperature: 8/10° C.
